ARCH Contacts
ARCH Operational Support Group
In February 2008 an ARCH Operational Support Group was set up. These meetings are held every 3 months and representatives from all the partner organisations are invited. The group allows partners to discuss any issues and provide feedback about the ARCH system.
ARCH Case Analysis Group
At this meeting cases will be dip-sampled bi-monthly to check that all the organisations in Sunderland ARCH partnership are working well together and that each organisation is doing what they have said they would do in their Service Level Agreement.
