ARCH Contacts
ARCH Operational Support Group
The last meeting of the project board took place in December. In February 2008 an ARCH Operational Support Group was set up. These meetings are held every 3 months and representatives from all the partner agencies are invited. The group allows partners to discuss any issues and provide feedback about the ARCH system.
Cases will be dip-sampled to check that all the agencies in the ARCH partnership are working well together and that each agency is doing what they have said they would do in their Service Level Agreement.
