Training sessions have been running over the last few months to make sure front line staff in the ARCH partner agencies are trained about the ARCH system.  There are two different sessions that have been run by ARCH Newcastle:

ARCH anti-discrimination training

These are interactive sessions aimed at widening the knowledge of front line staff:

• in race and diversity issues;
• the impact of hate crime on victims and
• discrimination in society.

ARCH IT training

In this session people learn:

• the purpose of the ARCH system and the benefits of a multi-agency approach;
• how to input details of racist incidents, including adding any witnesses or perpetrators;
• how to use the case management system to add on any actions taken by your organisation;
• how to deliver this training to other people.
